Status of sprint 02 Date 4.2.2025
What has been achieved
We have started planning the sprint 2 and assigned team members to tasks. We forked the needed containers to build PrestaShop from our own resources.

Next steps
Reading material about the different issues, for example Agile Essence. We will start doing cost estimation as well as planning and documenting our offer.
Status of sprint 02 Date 7.2.2025
What has been achieved
We managed to get a good sprint 2 plan, we took a look at some of our issues and studied Agile Essence.

Next steps
Working and testing out containers, start working on cost estimation, requirement specifications, user stories etc.
Status of sprint 02 Date 11.2.2025
What has been achieved
We got the Docker container working after some testing. Do we have a problems/challenges? We had a lot of EPIC user stories and features to add to our documentation, but we found a solution by assinging every member of our team do a part of the documentation
Next steps
We add user stories to backlog and make features to our documentation using the template. After all this is done we can also start working on our offer and cost estimation. Project plan documentation will also be starting soon.
Status of sprint 02 Date 14.2.2025
What has been achieved We managed to add the user story issues and added chosen features to our OPF. We have a good initial cost estimation done.
Do we have a problems/challenges? Still having some difficulties with the Docker build. Julius and Kimi are working hard on it.
Next steps
We have work to do on our project plan and documentiation. We will be looking at the Essence Alpha -cards next week.

What has been achieved We went through the Essence Alpha cards. We have planned the sprint 03.

What has been achieved We worked a lot on the documentation. On the project plan and requirement specifications. We seem to be ready for GATE1 review

Next steps We wait for the GATE1 review and see what our next steps are in the next sprint.
Status of sprint 04 Date 4.3.2025
What has been achieved GATE1 has been reached and we believe that we did a fairly good job thus far.

Next steps Planning for sprint 04. Starting work on the user stories/features. Many of our team members start working on the sustainable studies

What has been achieved We have done some personal work on our sustainable studies of this course. We started drafting out some test cases for our features/user stories. Some of the user stories we are working on are for example the Docker -issues and the payment integration related things.

What has been achieved We decided that we will use the allas CSC service as our backup, and we did some first demoing of using it.

Next steps Still working out some stuff with the Docker. Planning on doing work on other EPICs once the Docker is working for us.

What has been achieved We have most of the stuff working with the service backup EPIC. Started work on the security fixes and figuring the pipeline integrations

Status of sprint 05 Date 18.3.2025
What has been achieved There was a small fix we did with the service backup and we are now double checking if it works. We are working on the security fixes and payment intergration and doing some testing with those

Next steps Continuing testing and implementing payment methods to our shop. Working together on the security fixes.
Status of sprint 05 Date 21.3.2025
What has been achieved Done some small adjustments to our service backups in the form of making them into zipped files. We did some early testing of payment methods and actually doing orders in the shop.
Do we have a problems/challenges?
Next steps Continuing testing and implementing payment methods and doing orders. Soon I believe we will start looking at and doing the registration and login. Security fixes EPIC will be worked on also. Some small testing with the service backups still to do.
Status of sprint 05 Date 24-28.3.2025
What has been achieved Service backup and payment integration EPICs are mostly done, they just need some testing. Some work has been done on the security fixes and started to look at bug fixes also.
Do we have a problems/challenges?
Next steps We should plan testing of our implemented user stories. We continue work on security fixes and bug fixes.
Status of sprint 06 Date 1-11.4.2025
What has been achieved We have aimed to complete most of our planned features during this sprint and move on to testing the implemented features. We are trying to close multiple user stories right at the end of the sprint. Final end report documentation will be started.

Next steps We continue testing of our features. We start working on the end report together.
